The results of the Diabetes Safety Organisation’s employee survey have been released, and this webinar shares the results. Join to better understand the prevalence of type 2 diabetes across rail.

Speakers will look at how many rail employees are affected or living with complications, how rail compares with other industries, and which roles face the greatest risk. They will explore workplace factors that contribute to type 2 diabetes, impacts on productivity and workforce retention, and employers’ legal duties.

They will also discuss the provision of a new KPI that can be used to measure diabetes prevalence in rail workers—something not currently collected through the Health Insights platform.
