For each sample, you may supply (program will if you do not)
   1. Sample name [plus max frequency if required]
Then supply
   2. List of species names, thus
fest ovin 30 [Festuca ovina, 30% cover]
   3. End with blank line

Tree and shrub layers are denoted by ** (tree) and * (shrub),
e.g. quer robu**, cory avel*, quer robu* (=saplings).

For frequency data, give max poss frequency after a star to
sample name - e.g. SAMPNAME * 5 for frequency out of 5 max.
Then the species data need frequencies, e.g. fest ovin 4 30
means Festuca ovina with 80% frequency and 30% cover.
