The NNSS and partners have developed a range of freely available e-learning modules to provide an introduction to non-native species, how to identify them, and how to help prevent their spread:

• Module 2b. Identification of Invasive Freshwater Plants
• Module 2c. Identification of Invasive Non-native Freshwater Invertebrates
• Module 2d. Identification of Invasive Riparian Plants
• Module 3. Biosecurity

Bespoke biosecurity modules are available for:

• The Water Industry 
• Universities, Colleges, Field and Research Centres 
• Field staff in the Overseas Territories

• Find and enrol on a course here. Click on a course to enrol yourself.
• Once you have enrolled, your courses will be shown in the sidebar to the left. 

Take e-learning

Once you have enrolled on a course, click on the course name when you are ready to begin.
