The Community Access Scheme (CAS) at Wakehurst offers affordable annual group memberships for organisations supporting individuals who face physical, sensory, psychological, or social barriers to visiting. 

What's included

  • Year-round access to Wakehurst (up to 120 tickets)
  • Access to group leader training sessions
  • 20 tickets to Kew Gardens

Membership does not entitle you to free entry to ticketed events, nor does it guarantee the availability of tickets to these events.

Who is eligible?

Criteria for membership:

  • Organisations must be either a registered charity, a community interest company (CIC), a community benefit society or a voluntary community group
  • Organisations supporting individuals who face physical, sensory, psychological, or social barriers to visiting Wakehurst
  • Organisations must not charge for their services

Costs

  • £36* = Up to 60 free admissions per membership period  
  • £72* = Up to 120 free admissions per membership period  

    (*Including VAT) 

  • You can top up from 60 to 120 visits during the membership period. 120 is the maximum number of visits you can use in one membership period.
