Manchester Incident

As you will have seen from extensive media reporting, on Thursday morning an individual attacked several people at Heaton Park Synagogue in Manchester.

Counter Terrorism Policing has declared this as a terrorist incident. The UK terrorism threat level remains SUBSTANTIAL ('an attack is likely'). 

Relevant advice and guidance includes SCaN, marauding terrorist attacks and minimising risk to pedestrian queues from vehicle as a weapon attack.
