Benefits
We offer many benefits to support and reward our staff.
Below are just some of the benefits you can expect.

Maternity and paternity leave: we offer maternity and paternity leave over and above the statutory entitlements.
Voluntary service leave: we offer up to six days paid special leave every year should you wish to undertake voluntary work.
Flexible working: a variety of options are available, including part-time, compressed hours and job share, which are all dependent on the role and business need.
TOIL and flexitime: if you work more than your hours, we believe you should be rewarded for it.
Pension: we use the alpha pension scheme, which is generous, with employer contributions of at least 28.97% and member contributions among the lowest in the public sector.
Merit awards: our merit award system rewards exceptional contributions by individuals or teams.
Cycle to Work: our staff can apply for this government initiative.
Season ticket loan: we offer interest-free season ticket loans for use towards season tickets for travel, car park costs or the purchase of a bike.
Rented accommodation loan: new joiners can take out an interest-free loan of up to £2,500, via our benevolent fund, to assist with the financial burden of relocating into privately rented accommodation.

Mentoring and coaching: you can either join our cadre of mentors and coaches or benefit from using one yourself.
In-house academy: Our internal academy runs the New Entrant Orientation programme and offers many other options, from corporate to more specialist and technical training.
