Patients can send non-urgent enquiries to their practice, who can then send replies using the clinical system

Patients can access medical services for a child or someone else they care for (also known as linked profiles, proxy access or switching accounts)

Switching patient facing services off

Patient facing services (PFS) are Apps, like the NHS App, which allow patients to digitally access NHS services. Patient facing services are sometimes switched off which can impact how patients can access services.
