About MyNCSC
MyNCSC supports the following ACD services. Each of these use the Sign In function, with those indicated (*) using a fuller set of MyNCSC functions.

Eligibility for MyNCSC
The question of eligibility is one for ACD services supported by MyNCSC, with use of MyNCSC being in accordance with the use of those services.
How MyNCSC works
Use of the Sign In function is as follows:
- Registration of a user account can be performed when first visiting my.ncsc.gov.uk.
- The single account then enables the user to access each of the ACD services listed above.
- Options exist to update the user password and set up Two Factor Authentications. These can be accessed from the MyNCSC homepage after logging in with the user account.
Where supported services use a fuller set of MyNCSC functions, use of MyNCSC is as follows:
- A user signs into MyNCSC at my.ncsc.gov.uk using their Sign In account.
- When first using MyNCSC, the user needs to join their organisation on the platform. They will be accepted into the organisation as either a member or an Org. Admin. Those in the Org. Admin role have responsibility for approving (or rejecting) future requests and invitations to join the organisation. The first user to join a given organisation on MyNCSC is approved, as the initial Org. Admin, by the NCSC.
- The user can then work collaboratively with other users to represent their organisation in using the integrated ACD services their organisation is eligible to use.
- The organisation registers its digital assets, indicating for each the integrated ACD services that should operate on it. Some ACD service operations will however only be performed once the organisation has verified its ownership (or delegated control) of the assets.
- Results then returned by the integrated ACD services are presented via MyNCSC as findings.
- Where desired, the organisation may set up internal teams, each containing a subset of the organisation’s assets and users. This offers a method for users to focus on those areas of their organisation’s digital estate for which they have responsibility. By contrast, where a user wishes to focus on use of a particular ACD service, the recommended method of doing so is to filter assets and findings by that service.

The benefits of MyNCSC
Users benefit from use of a single Sign In account to access multiple ACD services
Through the use of MyNCSC, users of the more fully integrated ACD services benefit from:
- A Unified User Interface for accessing multiple services. This covers a range of user activity from signing in, through identification of services their organisation is eligible to use, to viewing a consolidated set of findings.
- The need to perform common service configuration operations only once, e.g. registration of digital assets.
- Collaborative working within organisations, and also Teams, when managing digital assets and viewing findings.
How to register for MyNCSC
A user can register a Sign In account at my.ncsc.gov.uk.
MyNCSC is then used in conjunction with the supported ACD services as outlined above.
Where a user is the first to request to join a given organisation on MyNCSC, our support team will review the request, prior to emailing the user to inform them of its outcome.
