Tom specialises in internal communications, supporting the Secure Data Environment (SDE) programme, email marketing and content creation, including case study writing. After graduating from Leeds Beckett University, he began his career as a digital marketer in the construction industry in Sunderland. Now, he applies his expertise to a range of digital and strategic communication initiatives at HI NENC, helping to share impactful stories and key updates across the network.
