Digital Staff Passport

The NHS Digital Staff Passport aimed to make onboarding easier, faster and less repetitive. When NHS employees moved between trusts, they could securely transfer information the new trust needed, including:

• pre-employment check information, such as identity, right to work, DBS checks, professional registration and employment history
• core skills training
• occupational health

This meant less form filling, employment checks and repeated training.
