- HC1 (Low Income Scheme) applications which we received on 24 April 2026
- HC5 travel refund claim forms which we received on 24 April 2026
It can take up to 18 working days to assess an HC1 application and up to 5 working days to assess an HC5 application.

Today, we are working on:
- evidence which we received on 26 April 2026 for UK GHIC applications
- evidence which we received on 29 April 2026 for UK EHIC applications
