Keep your details up to date
Tell us if your address or personal details change so we can keep our records up to date.
If we cannot contact you, we may use a third-party service to check the address held on your credit history record for an up to date address.
This will leave a soft trace which you can see on your credit report. It does not affect your credit rating.
