Impact story: Better Care Exchange

Purpose

The Better Care Exchange is the collaborative workspace for the Better Care Fund (BCF) programme. 

This workspace helps facilitate the programme which spans health and local government and supports local systems to successfully plan and deliver the integration of health, housing and social care.

A unique collaboration oversees the programme:

• The Department of Health and Social Care
• Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government
• NHS England
• The Local Government Association
