Virtual ward services (also known as Hospital at Home services) are a safe and effective alternative to acute inpatient hospital care for patients of all ages.

• Access a variety a resources, guidance, and case studies to support the development and delivery of your virtual ward service
• Connect with colleagues across England, share learnings and help each other with everyday challenges
