  • Diabetes Profile - (OHID) Fingertips profile bringing together data on the pathway of care and the outcomes for diabetes, including primary care management of the condition and risk factors, emergency care, hospital admission, acute care procedures and mortality. Diabetes is a key risk condition in developing CVD. The diabetes profile provide a detailed view of diabetes measures with a summary of diabetes measures contained within the CVD Profile, as having diabetes is a key risk factor for developing CVD.

  • Health Survey for England, 2022 Part 2: Adults Health - Diabetes - (NHSE) Small chapter focussing on Diabetes. The data focuses on age, sex, and area deprivation followed by trends.
  • National Diabetes Audit Dashboards - (NHSE) Diabetes dashboard hub, includes links to a number of interactive data visualisation tools containing data relating to provision of care and services for people with diabetes.
  • National Diabetes Experience Survey: Results - (NHSE)The National Diabetes Experience Survey gives people living with type 1 or type 2 diabetes the opportunity to share feedback on their experiences of NHS care. Results for the most recent survey, 2024, available now, as national figures or by ICS.
  • National Diabetes Foot Care Audit 2018 to 2023 - (NHSE) State of the Nation report on diabetes related foot disease in England and Wales. It details the findings and recommendations relating to the assessment, outcomes and participation in the NDFA for the period 01 April 2018 to 31 March 2023.
