You can no longer apply for the Mortgage Rescue Scheme.

If you’re having difficulty paying your mortgage and are in danger of becoming homeless, you should:

• get independent advice
• talk to your lender about your repayments

You may be able to get help if you’re a homeowner in Scotland and having mortgage difficulties.
