We will be carrying out maintenance to deploy a software release on Monday 11 May 2026, from 8pm to 10pm. During this time there will be intermittent disruption to the following services:

Friday 22 May to Sunday 24 May 2026

From 8pm on Friday 22 May to 11.59pm on Sunday 24 May, all of HM Land Registry's customer services will be suspended for essential maintenance.
