Great Britain Fuel Mix Disclosure – Critical Update

The deadline for submitting 2025/26 generation data to Ofgem in order to claim REGOs for the Great Britain Fuel Mix Disclosure (FMD) is 1 July 2026.

Ofgem’s objective is to complete all application reviews and issue REGOs in advance of the FMD deadlines. However, this is contingent on several critical factors, including but not limited to:

1: The accuracy and completeness of your output data,

2: The timely submission of your applications, and

3: The quality and integrity of supporting evidence provided.

Failure to engage with Ofgem, or to supply requested evidence within required timescales may lead to instances where any REGOs associated with your accreditation may not be issued for the 2025/26 disclosure period, even where accreditation is ultimately granted.

Applicants are therefore strongly advised to prioritise engagement and ensure that submissions are accurate, complete, and supported by robust evidence.

• If you have multiple generating stations within an organisation account, please be aware that the declarations have pagination, so when signing new or annual declarations these may be across more than one page.

• Due to the amount of data contained within, downloading the full Certificates (RO), Certificates (REGO) or Compliance Certificates reports can take 5-10 minutes. Please consider using the filters available to decrease the volume of data downloaded.
