You can now download and interact with a collection of digital learning resources that have been developed for the sector following research and testing with local authorities. The resources introduce new approaches to designing products and services.
Resources include guides to agile working, service design, content design and user research. You can also customise the slides to suit your internal training needs.

Working with us, our evaluation partners have scoped a novel approach that addresses the methodological challenges and supports the programme to understand where value for money can be achieved.
We are aiming to share final evaluation results in April 2025.

Following UKAuthority’s 2019 white paper published in partnership with Cognizant on the importance of APIs in underpinning the next generation of public services, findings from that report have still to come to fruition.
UKAuthority are now exploring the question of why and how to unlock the full value of APIs for the public good. They are asking for your thoughts and experience to support this.

Supporting vulnerable people during an emergency at Wigan Council
SAVVI has developed an iterative model process, known as 'find, assess, and support', which can be effectively utilised by councils. Collaborating with Wigan Council and their Civil Contingencies team, SAVVI has successfully implemented the method to aid vulnerable populations during emergencies like floods.
This case study showcases Wigan's positive outcomes, aiming to encourage other councils to embrace this approach to better address the needs of vulnerable residents within their communities.

The Northern WARP Conference is an exciting space to hear expert speakers from government, industry and peers speak about a range of topics related to cyber/information security, information governance and information management.
This event is open to anyone in the local public sector and free for all organisations that are current members of any WARP in the UK.
