SentencingACE

The Sentencing Council has published a simplified version of the SentencingACE tool. 

This tool is designed to assist sentencers in noting the relevant statutory provisions and sentencing guidelines when sentencing for an offence. It is not a decision making tool. It is a substitute for the SentencingACE which the Sentencing Council is unable to maintain at present. Although this tool will be updated regularly, and every effort made to ensure its accuracy, this cannot be guaranteed. Responsibility for ensuring that the sentence is correct and lawful remains with the judge.
