Submit Trader Test queries
All queries will be handled exclusively through our online Support Form, which is already live and available for you to use. The form has recently been enhanced to allow file uploads, enabling you to attach up to five files per request when logged in to your Developer Hub account.
Using the Support Form will allow us to:
- Route your queries to the correct team
- Track and manage requests more efficiently
- Provide visibility of your tickets and their progress (log in to the Developer Hub and select the Support tab)
- Issue quicker acknowledgements and reduce delays caused by manual triage
All responses to queries submitted via the Support Form will come from softwaredevelopersupport@service.hmrc.gov.uk. Please ensure this email address is added to your safe senders list.
Note: The email address sdsteam@hmrc.gov.uk will no longer be monitored and will move to an outbound only status. You may still receive important communications from this address, but it will not accept replies once the transition is complete.
