This Data Group is inserted as transitional but without any transitional measure applied to it. The Data
Group is present in this message, in order to ensure consistency of the structure across the lifecycle of
the movements during the NCTS-P4/NCTS-P5 Transitional Period.
This Guideline aims to draw the attention on the potential need for Technical Rules for Transition
(Exxxx) or Business Rules for Transition (B1xxx and B2xxx) as defined in the section “1. Introduction”
of DDNTA APPENDIX Q2.
