What we are doing
We wrote to you recently about sewer works from 5 May to 11 September 2026, with working hours Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, and Saturday 8am to 1pm. On Saturday 30 May 2026, we are working additional hours, from 8am to 5pm, to pour concrete. We are doing this work on Saturday so that there is time for the concrete to dry on Sunday.
These works will not affect Mandeville Road or the pedestrian pathway.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
