This document sets out Ofwat's assessment of how companies have complied with our Performance related executive pay (PRP) Prohibition Rule and met our broader expectations for decisions on PRP outcomes for 2024-25. It explains which companies triggered our rule, what actions they took as a result, as well as which companies triggered our PRP cost recovery mechanism which protects customers from paying for PRP decisions that do not meet our expectations. It covers the 16 largest water companies in England and Wales.
