About Consultation
The business retail market was opened for competition for eligible business customers in April 2017. In September 2024 we published a Statement of Intent outlining that we had launched a review of Credit and Collateral Arrangements (CCA) in the Business Retail Market. In April 2025 we published a Call for Inputs which sought views on our review.
We are now consulting on proposals to revise credit and collateral arrangements in the Business Retail Market.
We seek responses from retailers, wholesalers, and other interested parties, for example, customer groups.
