Junior Sous Chef Dining Pub Oakham 36K (4 Day Working Week) plus Tips and Live In

A popular Dining Pub serving award winning dishes created from all fresh seasonal produce including lots of Fish and Game when in season

Food standards are High, the Head Chef has solid 2 and 3 rosette experience with plans to push for a Bib Gourmand.

This is a busy kitchen tho, so there isn’t any time for pretty pictures on plates or over technical dishes, the food served is cleverly planned and created to maximise flavours without being over complicated

As Junior Sous Chef you will be working alongside the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, helping to organising daily prep between the team and cooking during service.

We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, ideally somebody with experience of Rosette standard cooking somebody who enjoys cooking good food. An organised person that understands the importance of communicating well and building a team.

Live in is available, applicants will ideally need to live in the Oakham, Uppingham, Corby, Stamford, or Peterborough area with their own transport

Benefits

Base Salary from £36,000 (depending upon experience)
