Summary
Assist in the coordination of prescription processing for home delivery in line with Pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures. Support and uphold the principles and scope of the Pharmacy Quality Policy, ensuring all services delivered to patients at home meet regulatory and safety standards. Understand and contribute to the delivery of Pharmacy Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. Offer professional insight to support the continuous improvement and development of the Pharmacy to Home service, including identifying opportunities to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records related to prescriptions, deliveries, and patient communications, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements. Maintain and develop personal knowledge and skills, particularly in remote patient care, digital systems, and home delivery services. Agree individual objectives during appraisal and performance review meetings with the line manager, aligning with service delivery goals. Work with the line manager to identify training needs and establish a Personal Development Plan, with a focus on expanding competencies relevant to remote pharmacy services and patient support.
