Crynodeb
Youll need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, be adaptable and confident to work autonomously and with other members of staff within a supportive Dietetic and multi-disciplinary team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated member of the team, with evidence of continuing professional development within their current role. Experience in Leadership is desirable, however, support and training will be provided. This role will include conducting staff appraisals; Health & Wellbeing and attendance management meetings; supporting Clinical Lead Dietitians in service development; team meetings; rostering. Experience in recruitment, risk management/ incident investigation and appraisals is desirable, however training and support will be available.
