Water Innovation Cross-Sector Challenge

The Water Innovation Cross-Sector Challenge is a £40 million Ofwat programme to be delivered across five years. The challenge’s activities will align with and support the vision for the Ofwat Innovation Fund. 

The Water Innovation Cross-Sector Challenge will: 

• Work with multiple sectors to identify cross cutting challenge areas, and deliver mutually beneficial solutions that support long term systemic change for the water environment. 
• Foster strong and long-lasting cross-sector collaboration networks, to support business growth and positive environmental and social outcomes, while also influencing policy and regulatory reform. 
• Deliver funding competitions and promote knowledge exchange across sectors.
