The team works collaboratively with other professionals, organisations/providers, carers and families. This team is pivotal in shaping and driving the Preparing for Adulthood programme forward.

We are passionate about working with individuals who require support, advice and guidance as they transition into adulthood and welcome applications from those who are keen to develop and want to improve the lives of Rotherham residents and shape the commissioning of services.
