About the Role:
As a Community Support Worker, you’ll provide practical and emotional support to individuals in the community, helping them live independently and with dignity. No two days are the same—you’ll be supporting people with daily tasks, social activities, and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting individuals with daily living tasks (e.g. cooking, shopping, appointments)
• Encouraging independence and confidence
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Working collaboratively with families and professionals
• Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
What We’re Looking For:
A caring and empathetic nature
Good communication and listening skills
Reliability and a positive attitude
Previous experience in care/support (preferred but not essential)
Right to work in the UK
Driving licence
