You will:
• Have a willingness to work and support children with special needs
• Have experience of working with children in an educational setting.
• Have completed or be willing to complete NVQ level 2 in childcare learning and education orequivalent qualification.
• Be enthusiastic, imaginative and reflective.
• Be skilled at building excellent relationships with children, parents and staff.
• Be an excellent communicator.
