Crynodeb
Acknowledge personal limitations in respect of competencies required to undertake the role, taking on responsibility to deliver and provide personal care activities in liaison with the supervising nursing and nursing team. Implement care according to the service users individual care plan. In liaison with the supervising nurse monitor the provision of service user care such as bathing, toileting etc. (activities of daily living) within the inpatient services reporting on activity and any unusual behaviour or feelings the service user may be experiencing. Takes part in all recreational, leisure and any other therapeutic, physical or social activities in the provision of health and social care to service users and where necessary using supportive equipment such as wheelchairs, hoists etc. Completing reducing restrictive practice is a requirement for the role.
