Jobstore are recruiting for a Catering Assistant who holds a current DBS check and a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, to be based on one of our client's site in Barrow-in-Furness. We have ongoing work available - working 14.00 to 17.00pm Monday to Friday.
A current/recent DBS certificate is required for this position.
We are looking for reliable applicants who can carry out a range of catering and cleaning activities including prepping food, serving customers, mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins, and cleaning the kitchen area.
You will be able to:
Ensure that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
Maintain Health and Safety standards and food hygiene levels at all times.
Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly
We're looking for candidates who have;
Excellent attention to detail
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
Enhanced DBS check clearance essential for this position.
