Crynodeb
A well-established, FCA-regulated general insurance business on the outskirts of Bolton (Egerton) is looking for a Third Party Claims Handler to join its growing motor claims team. This is a great opportunity to build a career in insurance with fully funded CII qualifications and clear progression.
You'll manage third-party motor claims from first notification through to settlement, working with insurers, solicitors and third parties to reach fair and timely outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling a caseload of third-party motor claims from start to finish
- Liaising with insurers, solicitors, brokers and third parties
- Assessing liability and negotiating settlements within your authority
- Keeping accurate records and meeting FCA and regulatory standards
- Delivering excellent customer service at every stage
What you'll need:
- Some experience in claims, insurance or a customer-focused administrative role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good attention to detail and organisation
- A willingness to learn and study towards professional qualifications
What you'll get:
- Salary of £24,150 to £28,000 depending on experience
- Fully funded CII qualifications and structured career progression
