Summary
The Registry Services Officer (School of Coding) is a new role directly related to the University’s new partnership with the School of Coding and AI. This role will be responsible for all Registry Services processes which are linked to School of Coding students. This multifaceted role will give the postholder an opportunity to work across a number of teams, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and compliance of student records ensuring that they meet both internal and external statutory requirements.
Working with a high degree of autonomy, the postholder will manage sensitive data, undertake compliance checks, and ensure that all enrolment, module, assessment and award information is accurately recorded in the Student Record System (SITS) and in systems operated by the School of Coding and AI. The role requires excellent judgement, strong organisational skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues across the University and the School of Coding. While primarily based in Egmond, Shropshire uniquely this role will also require the postholder to have a regular presence at the School of Coding Campus in Birmingham.
Experience/Qualifications:
We are looking for an individual with experience of developing strong working relationship with a variety of colleagues and the ability to work across teams and functions. They will be highly motivated, with excellent organisational skills and an exceptional eye for detail with a commitment to delivering a high quality and professional service to our students and staff.
