Crynodeb
This role offers a unique opportunity to undertake rotations acrossintermediate care physical health wards,inpatient mental health, secure and learning disabilities services. Successful candidates willbe responsible fordelivering a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service todesignatedwards, providing specialist information and advice to all members of the multi-disciplinary team, to maximise patient pharmaceutical care. IMPORTANT:The main departmental base is at Maghull HealthParkbut this post is rotational and regular work-related travel across various Mersey Care sites isrequired. The role ismainlyclinicallyfocusedand includes a requirement to spend at least one session per week in the dispensary to develop andmaintaincore competencies. Successful applicants will be expected to support the out of hours advice only medicines advice service at a maximum rota frequency of 1 in 12, including weekend working in the dispensary between9:30am-13:30pm. Flexible working requests will be considered for all roles.
