We are looking for a caring, resilient and enthusiastic individual to join our team.Successful applicants will have excellent numeracy and literacy skills with the tenacity to ensure that our young people receive the best possible provision. You will be part of a brilliant SEN Team, led by a SENCo and Inclusion Manager. The team also includes a number of Teaching Assistants and Higher Level Teaching Assistants. You will have a passion for inclusion and a commitment to ensuring that all students achieve to their highest potential. Time-management skills, patience and a good work ethic are essential, as are a sense of humour and excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post. They will also be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
