Fixed term for 3 years with potential to extend subject to funding Office/Hybrid (BRANCAB offices, Bedworth) with regular travel around Bedworth

We are looking for an organised, dependable and proactive Programme Support Officer who can help keep the Believe in Bedworth programme running smoothly and effectively. As part of the Pride in Place agenda, we are delivering long term investment in Bedworth by working with communities, partners and Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council to turn local priorities into meaningful action and lasting change.

This role is ideal for someone who can manage the moving parts behind the scenes, supporting programme delivery through strong administration, financial coordination and project tracking whilst also being part of the wider community effort.

The successful candidate will manage processes, such as budgets and governance, whilst also organising and delivering events, onboarding volunteers, community engagement and programme development. If you are detail driven, collaborative, and motivated by making a tangible difference in a community, this is your chance to play a key role in shaping Bedworth’s future.
