Summary
Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a Nights Laser Operator to work in their leading facility in Stoke on Trent.
For the successful Laser Operator our client is offering
• Starting hourly rate of up to £15.07 per hour + x1.33 for working Nights = £20.04 per hour
• Time and a third for working Nights
• Monday to Thursday - 6pm-6am
• Genuine opportunities to increase your pay in line with a skills matrix
• Temporary to Permanent
• Overtime opportunities are available paid at premium rates
• Free parking onsite
• Bonus scheme at Christmas depending on company performance
The Role - Laser Operator:
• Running a Laser machine
• Ensuring it runs continuously to ensure maximum productivity
• Producing orders on time and to the correct quality standard
• Reading engineering drawings
• Working to different tolerances
• Selecting the correct tools for the job
What our client is looking for in a Laser Operator:
• Previous experience in a similar role - ESSENTIAL
• Able to work from drawings
• Can work to different tolerances
• Experienced working with AMADA/Trumpf machinery
• MUST be able to Pass a DRUGS Test at interview stage
