Salary: £13.48 per hour (£27,591 per annum)
Shifts: 3 on / 3 off, 12-hour shifts (including some nights)

We are looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to join our supported living team in Northwich.
About the Role
You will be supporting deaf and deafblind adults with learning disabilities and/or complex behaviours across our four vibrant supported living homes.
This is a truly rewarding role where you’ll:
• Enable individuals to live independently and confidently
• Support daily living skills, social development, and personal goals
• Encourage participation in activities, day trips, and community life

We’re looking for people who:
• Are caring, patient, and empathetic
• Communicate well and enjoy working with others
• Want to make a genuine difference in people’s lives

About the Hours
• Consistent, full-time role
• 12-hour shifts with a structured 3 on / 3 off pattern, mainly days but will include some sleep in nights.
Additional Information
• The role is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check
• You must be able to reliably travel to Northwich (public transport may be limited; access to a car is beneficial)
• We are unable to offer visa sponsorship—applicants must have the right to work in the UK
