We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join our client’s small care home, which supports adults with autism and learning disabilities. You will lead the day-to-day operations and maintain consistent, person-centred care. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring compliance, and promoting independence for each individual within a structured environment.

- A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care is required.
- Must have experience as a Registered Home Manager and a strong track record with CQC outcomes.

What You’ll Need
