Are you a confident, compassionate leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care? We’re looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead one of our exceptional homes in Harrogate, operated by a nationally recognised, award-winning care provider.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a well-established, high-performing home, backed by a supportive senior team and excellent internal systems.
About the Role
As Home Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire a committed care and nursing team
Oversee all operational aspects of the home
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
Maintain compliance with CQC and other regulatory bodies
Drive occupancy, staff retention, and quality outcomes
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Home Manager or in a nursing home setting
NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) – preferred but not essential
Experience in managing a 70+ bedded home
Proven experience of increasing the occupancy (currently 26 vacant rooms)
Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Sound understanding of CQC standards and care regulations
A passion for improving quality of life for older people
