THE MANDATORY ASSIGNMENT (REQUIREMENTS)

Experience Vetting: 2 valid professional references from previous childcare employers.

Security Validation: A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

Ready Status: Active communication with our compliance team to authorize your profile with minimum delay.

THE QUALIFICATION BENCHMARK
Qualified Status: Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare certification is necessary for our qualified wage brackets.

Unqualified Status: Candidates showing 3 months or more of clear private nursery experience are highly encouraged to apply for our support assistant roles.

2025 Statutory Standard: All ratio practitioners must maintain a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate or commit to an immediate compliance course.
