'The Best Connection' are currently recruiting Automation Operatives & Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing company in Sittingbourne.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Operating machinery to manufacture products
* Performing quality checks on finished products including colour, seals and threads
* Packing and labelling products correctly in line with QC instructions
* Identifying faulty or defective products and reporting issues to the Team Leader
* Recording completed products accurately throughout the shift
* Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards
* Using PPE provided and following all company procedures
* Working flexibly across different tasks within the department
Working Hours:
* Rotating weekly shifts
* 07:00-15:00
* 15:00-23:00
* Monday to Friday

What You'll Need:
* Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience beneficial but not essential
* Good attention to detail and quality standards
* Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
* Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
* Safety boots and hi-vis vest
* Good communication skills
Pay & Details:
* £12.71 per hour
* Weekly rotating shifts
* Paid weekly
* Immediate starts available
