PR24 Outcomes: ODIs and risk protections summary data

The outcomes framework is a key part of delivering the objectives that matter to customers and the environment in the 2025-30 period and beyond.

We set our final determinations in December 2024. The Competition and Markets Authority’s (CMA) issued its final determination report for five water companies in March 2026.

A key part of the outcomes framework is the set of incentives and risk protections that we apply for each company for each performance commitment (PC).
