Summary

Job Title: Registered Manager - Home Care
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: Circa £40,000 Per Annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established home care service supporting older people to live independently in their own homes.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high-quality, person-centred care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop the home care service
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements
Lead, recruit, and support a team of care staff
Monitor service quality, audits, and continuous improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and families
Oversee care planning to ensure individual needs are met

Services Include

Personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility support)
Companionship, respite, and daily living assistance
Meal preparation, medication reminders, and housekeeping
Specialist care including dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, stroke, and post-hospital support
Rehabilitation and wellbeing monitoring

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Passion for delivering high-quality care
