A caring, patient PA wanted for a 33 year old lady who would like to access the community.
Roles and Responsibilities
Going accessing the community- garden centre, dance, art classes and curling. Bowling, crazy golf, subway and a good cup of tea, general shopping TC.
Assisting with personal care.
Help with finances.
Ensuring Service user eats appropriate food and drink.- Gluten free and lactose free.
Specific Requirements
Patient, caring., experience of caring, reliable.
Must be a driver and access to a car for work purposes.
Required Training
Experience of caring and be a driver.
About Me
Extra sensitive to noise, touch and sound.
Has limited mobility and uneven when walking.
Would need to link PA when out and about.
Isn't keen on anybody in uniform.
Poor muscle tone- so may struggle with heavy items/ doors.
Speech difficulties so must speak clearly.
Hobbies and Interests
Bowling, shopping, crazy golf, walking, bingo, going to garden centres along as there is a cup of tea at the end.- service user is happy.
Do I smoke?- No
Can PA smoke during work hours?- No
