Ruminant Sales Representative
Ruminant Sales Representative - Falkirk - £30,000 – £35,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

The Job:
A leading animal nutrition business is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Ruminant Sales Representative to join its growing team. This is a field based role focused on developing strong relationships with beef and dairy farmers, maintaining existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities across the territory.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing an existing customer base
- Promoting and selling a range of ruminant feed products
- Providing practical on-farm advice and support
- Developing tailored feeding solutions for customers
- Building long-term relationships with beef and dairy farmers
- Identifying new sales opportunities within the agricultural sector
- Keeping up to date with market trends and customer needs
- Working towards agreed sales targets and objectives

The Candidate:
- Knowledge of beef and dairy farming systems
- Good understanding of ruminant nutrition and feed products
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- A self motivated and results driven attitude
- The ability to work independently and manage your own territory
- Previous agricultural sales experience preferred
- A full UK driving licence
- Agricultural qualification would be advantageous but is not essential

The Package:
- Salary £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
- Car allowance
- 28 days holiday
- Phone and laptop
- Product bonus paid on each sale
- Annual bonus when tonnage target is achieved
- Ongoing training and development
- Opportunity to progress within a growing business

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
