Role Overview
As an IT Analyst at JMJ Bazaar, you will support the organisation’s technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across systems, applications, and digital platforms. You will play a key role in maintaining system performance, supporting users, improving processes, and enhancing security across the e-commerce environment.
Working closely with business stakeholders and external vendors, you will translate business needs into technical solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Support users across internal systems and e-commerce tools
• Support implementation of new tools, platforms, and software upgrades
• Work closely with stakeholders to align IT solutions with business goals
• Support the functionality and performance of JMJ Bazaar’s online platform
• Assist with integrations (payment gateways, inventory systems, CRM tools)
• Monitor website uptime, performance, and user experience
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve platform issues
• Support IT security practices including access control, patching, and monitoring
• Ensure compliance with data protection standards and internal policies
• Maintain documentation for audits and security procedures
• Support business reporting tools and dashboards where required

Skills & Experience
• Experience in IT support, system administration, or IT analysis roles
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, networks, and business applications
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure or similar)
• Understanding of IT security principles and best practices
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
